[Pics] Manchester Airport. EGCC - Sam_Nagy - 20-04-2006 Hi I went to pick my uncle up from MAN last week as he had flown Dubai-Heathrow First Class with BA and then flying up to Manchester. Before i got a new digital camera i thought to my self. Well im going to a airport so i mite as well take some pictures. But as we were in the car 'which we have now sold' i noticed my battery was gone. I had 2% left. So when i saw a Boeing 747-400 i thought to my self i dont know if my battery wil last so i mite as well take a couple of pictures through the sun roof. And here they are. Caption gear down. Three Greens. I dont really know why this last one is blury. Maybe because the battery was so low after i took it the camera switched off and i couldn't take any more. You can really see the cars dirty windows badsmile: Im sorry for the quality esp on the last one. Expect many more real world pictures to come. EGCC - Valoran - 21-04-2006 Great pictures! I had a flight of 6 F-15's take off over my head a couple of weeks ago. As I was moving down the street and hit 2 red lights, each of the 6 F-15's passed directly over my sunroof in succession, the last two inthe flight executing hard banks to catch up with the wing leader. They were barely 500 feet overhead as the street I was on goes right by the end of the runway at PDX. Unfortunately, my wife wasn't quick enough digging the camera out to catch a shot. It was still one of the coolest experiences I've ever had. It was somehow even more exciting than an airshow, probably because it happened randomly in real life. I love sunroofs!!
