Hey guys,
iv been silent for a while, but i would still look through the forums every once in a while.
anyways, for fs2004, many of you have probably heard of a popular addon called HDE - High Definition Environment, and i was just
wondering what youre experience has been with this addon.
I can tell from pictures it looks great, but i havnt been able to find any reviews, so i dont know how it impacts performance and what not, and
this is what i was hoping you guys could help me out with.

Actually I haven't seen this product until today. I just looked at the website and really couldn't see a drastic difference in textures, so you
likely won't get any major frame rate hits during heavy cloud draws...unlike REX high def textures. I only use REX for FS9.
I couldn't find any reviews on it either. I wonder if the product is the same as the one made by Pablo Diaz. He had freeware HD
Environment that looked better than the screenshots I saw on the HDE website.

maybe ill grow a pair and try it out
How is REX? Iv seen the wonders it does for FsX but havnt heard much about it for fs9.

NP...you should go over to the screenshots thread and check out the ones I've posted. They all contain REX cloud textures for FS9.
