When I close FS9 after I am done with it, my monitor flickers. It's not really a problem, but it is quite annoying. Does anyone have any
ideas on what I can do to fix this?

Do you have your game resolution set to something different than your normal screen resolution? If it's different, this is your video card
resizing the resolution after the game is closed.

No, I have the same resolution for both the desktop and FS9.

Mine will flicker only when I have a different resolution set in the game than I do with my monitor. If both are the same res., I don't have that
problem.

It could be refresh rate or colour depth, your monitor would do pretty much the same thing as resizing for them

I would most likely fly a flight, reformat, do another flight, reformat again... you get the picture!
