My most eventful flight - Hawke - 06-11-2005 Downloaded the Operation Aid scenerio today, first flight from Baghdad Intl flight time lasted 30 mins, Two engines failed, hydraulic and electrical systems shot to hell, decompression by Anti Aircraft fire, fuel leak and a couple more problems thrown into the equation all took place within 15 mins of departing lol. Managed to put the aircraft down Ok but I thought I'd share this with you just reminds how this programme is worth every penny. ![]() ![]() Re: My most eventful flight - Mud - 06-11-2005 yup , great fun in warzones ..... expensive but fun ![]() btw , cool livery for that kinda flights. Re: My most eventful flight - AeroJim - 07-11-2005 yeah great plane, where from? Re: My most eventful flight - Hawke - 07-11-2005 Cheers guys, livery is from AVSIM heres a couple more to look out for ![]() ![]() Re: My most eventful flight - SaVas - 07-11-2005 UN aircraft are some of the easiest repaints to do. Basically they are the blank repaint kits with a black UN painted on either side. but yes, I agree with the sentiment that warzones are COSTLY but hellafun Re: My most eventful flight - Dutch64 - 07-11-2005 Savas, first i see in your sig "boycott" and now that you no longer support avsim. You like to share with us what happened? I have also asked them to remove all my repaints from their site which isnt many, so it shouldnt take them long. I will not slander AvSim in anyway. Their website is great, its just their forum that drags them down. Post Edited ( 11-07-05 20:37 ) Re: My most eventful flight - Dutch64 - 07-11-2005 I see, too bad things went that way. I don't use the forum much, mainly in fact for PSS and Active Sky and ASV has, (and always had) a terrific support on their forum and PSS is getting better and better. Re: My most eventful flight - supersonic9910 - 08-11-2005 Where did u get the plane not the repaint? Re: My most eventful flight - DBE - 08-11-2005 Quite honestly: I've rarely come across a FlightSim forum which wasn't full a people griping, complaining, showing-off, putting others down, etc.. T'is why I love this place I suppose! ![]() Re: My most eventful flight - Hawke - 08-11-2005 The 727 comes as a complete download from AVSim, the other two are textures only. Just search for United Nations and you'll find them.
