PSS A330 - vollmey - 08-01-2006 Hey Guys, Give me a quick review of the PSS A330 series. I'm thinking about buying it and getting the Qantas livery for it but I am a bit unsure since it has been out awhile. Excellent, good, bad, or your an idiot Dave buy something else, qualify's as a quick review. Thanks!!! Re: PSS A330 - ste9889 - 08-01-2006 hey vollmey, its a cool addon, not to bad on the frame rates,easy to learn, you can just jump in and fly in most cases. ive got it (with all liverys) but im thinking of selling it. All The Best Ste Re: PSS A330 - Dutch64 - 08-01-2006 Dave, sometimes they have a sale and sell it for 5 GBP or so, anyhow, it has it's glitches but still the best airbus addon you can buy out there. Plus, if you don't like the model, the panels are easy to merge with Posky's... Re: PSS A330 - Grome - 08-01-2006 PSS Airbus series now is perhaps the best Airbus addons available. All of them are FPS friendly, good looking and 330 and 340 come with the excellent clickable VC Most systems are well modelled. The only thing, which is for me critically negative is that PSS Airbuses do not support simulation rate compressions higher than 4. Hope that you understand, that it is critical for the long range liners with the common flight time about 12 hours. And one else - though VC is available, no cabin is modelled. So far so good, I seem to climb like crazy 100% full, but I let the FMC fly it instead of me flying it, and I had a bit of a wind shift. Overall I like it.
