Ch Yoke - xvxmatthewxvx - 30-11-2005

Hi everyone. After some consideration between a Saitak and Ch Yoke, I have decided to get the Ch Yoke. This will be an upgrade from my
Logitech Attack 3 I just purchased a while ago........ Like a month ago... lol

I have seen some comments on this site about the CH, but not all have answered my questions.

1) Is there a centre deterrent (sorry if I am using the wrong word here) or not for it? Such as with a joystick when not using it it will jump
back to the centre. Hopefully the CH doesn't do this.

2) How sensitive is it? I hope if you want to make a 30 degree turn from level it doesn't require you moving the yoke only a centimeter. As
this has been an annoying issue with all joysticks I have used.

3) Do you feel pulling and pushing the yoke in and out it has alot of room to work with?

4) How "tough" is it to move the yoke in and out or right or left?

5) Manually flying a plane have you found easier using the yoke than a joystick in MSFS?

Smile

Thanks alot!

I just got one a couple weeks ago and it is much better for flying most fs aircraft than a joystick.

1) No there isn't a detent but it does have a spring that returns to center if you let go of it.

2) It's much less sensitive than a joystick, much easier to do precise manuvering

3) I'd say the total throw for front to back movement is about 10 inches

4) It has enough tension to feel good but it's is not an "effort" to move it around

5) Yes, absolutely, yes.

ill say the pedals yoke and ruder from CH is a good buy all together. I have them all and have put away the joystick for more than a year
or two
