I just was wondering what is a normal picture/sec rate because i am cruising over germany at 34000 feets and i have 19-20 pictrue/sec

Mine is shifting...but on ground at my custom scenery airports it's between 15-20 FPS, but in the air it is normally 28-35 FPS, unless there's heavy
weather, whereas it drops to around 25-30.

then it is normal to have about 20 fps

It all depends on the computer you are using, its speed, ram, and video card.
Mine isn't the best system. AMD XP 2100, 500MB ram, and a Radeon 9600/9700, I get (when crusing high) 30-40FPS
In an airport using a "advanced" plane like the PMDG planes or Level-D I get 10 FPS or 20, (also using Ultimate Traffic which I am sure
bring down the FSP at least half what I would normally get).
If I was using a default plane without Ultimate Traffic, I would probably be getting 30FPS on the ground.
Anyways its all relative. You need to post more info about your computer and any addons you are using before we can say there is a
problem with your system or not.

the only things i now about my computer that it is a good computer that i have a nividia geforce fx5600,2.8 processor,1024 ram and i use fs global and
traffic 2005 and other airport add ons

Then I would say it is not not normal. Should be at least 10FPS higher when at that altitude. Does this happen only when near or in
Germany?

no i think not because i am over Great Britain now and the fps i at between 19-20

Hehe, I am sorry but I can't help anymore. I have no idea why. What plane are you flying? Is it a pay plane?

no it is the ifdg md-11 but i have add a real panel and sounds and i am using fs passenger perhaps it is this

Oh I think I know the problem! I don't know much about Geforce cards, I am more familiar with ATI. But you said you have a FX card. FX
are known (I have heard) for very bad rendering of fog, etc. Perhaps its the clouds that are giving you the problem? Try turning them off
and tell us the frame rate.

i turned of the clouds but it didn't change much my fps does move between 17 and 20

Im sorry, I am really out of ideas.
My final idea is maybe you have alot of adware/spyware in your computer. Perhaps go to download.com and search "adaware" run it, then
restart your computer. That helped me alot one time! But wait until your flight is over.
If this doesn't help, I don't know what else will. But to be honest, 20FPS isn't terrible!

You should do that even if you dont have any performance problems.
Hehe im going into NY right now and getting 10FPS (always get low FSPS here) I would LOVE to have 20FPS hehe
