Depends on what kind of AI you are wanting. Project AI is good though a pain in my opinion (I use payware Ultimate Traffic from Flight 1)
and if you want general aircraft, Ultimate GA (I think its called is great. Adds some cool AI planes based on real world models. They have
released Gulfstreams, Cessna Citation, and a few others, including military, government, and private fleet 737s)
