Hey everyone,
Finally got DSL internet today! I got it the day I got Stuarts disk in the mail. Now it looks like I'm going to be downloading large
files! I love it!

Thanks, I'm amazed at how fast it is. It's not the fastest available, but DAMN fast! I just download a 52MB file in 5 minutes at about
160KB/SEC. Would've taken HOURS AND HOURS on dial up! YEAH BABY!

Lol... not sure if I'll be flying online... online gaming never really appealed to me. Maybe I'll try it out, but between work and everything else
I haven't even got that much time to fly OFFLINE, let alone ONLINE!

I've thought about joining a VA, but I just don't have the time. I get maybe 2 hours (give or take) of virtual flying in a week. Busy with the
real flying... lol.

Livewire Airlines would suit you to the ground then Brad, 1 flight in 3 months keeps you current. I've also flown with AirSource where 1
flight per month is the requirement. Difference is LWA don't just knock you off the roster because you don't fly, you stay up then when you
fly again you become active again.

I joined JK's VA (Atlantic Sun) because:

Not trying to turn this into a contest, but my DSL connection just got quadrupled into 4MB per sec. Downloaded a 400MB file in under 20
mins, with speeds going into the 380's.
Sorry, just had to tell someone about it, I don't know why but my wife didn't share my excitement about it.

Yeah, I was thinking about getting the 3.5-5.0MbPS (not sure if that's the right abbreviation) speed DSL... I'm content with 1.5MbPS speed
though. I jumped from downloading at 3K/sec to downloading at 140-260K/Sec... it's frickin awesome!
