In FSPassengers, when you complete a flight the end-flight report shows all the points you have gained and have lost due to the way you have flow. You
have penalty points for the bad points such as hard landings, excess g-force etc... and good points for smooth landings, landing in bad weather,
completing long flights without using acceleration.
What I want to know is that you can use more_options.cgf to add/remove some of the penalty points, but how do you add/remove your own points for good
flying?

No, you cannot add/remove points. You can only enable/disable penalties and force failures in the more_options.cfg but you cannot
remove penalty points.
