Ambient music - markyp - 24-06-2006 Hi all, Simply made my own ambient music for the flight deck exported it as a wave file but when i rename it to one of the ambient music under default. When I go into the sim and play it, it simply plays nothing?? Can anyone help? Is there a limit as to how long the wave file can be? I've made one with a heap of the top played radio songs in it, as well as some Southwest ads, and it still doesn't play... even with following the rules...? I use audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) to convert my mp3s to wav Re: Ambient music - bestonboard - 03-07-2006 hmm...i made a whole mix of songs i love, as i said including some southwest ads to make it seem like it was more realistic - the mixes are both 17 minutes long, and are saved as PCM 705kbps 16-bit 22kHz stereo...
