Howard 500 Payload - COA_101 - 04-04-2006
COA_101 (me) is back with another payload modeeeeeeeeeel...................................................

This is for the Howard 500. It was a request for a member of my VA on WCATC.
Nooow... I did some research and the FAA paperwork shows this model as being a 19 passenger model so I did that. I didn't know the cargo hold so I
also just guessed. With a quick test I think it works out alright.
