You can play music while on ground after startup, and when passengers are on board. go to FsPassengers menu, then "FsPassengers flight", then "Service
on board", then you can choose music in "Play Ambient Music".

OR type CTRL+SHIFT+T to play music on the ground, just be sure to shut it off before you depart else your pax will not enjoy it.
