Not fixed yet, I disabled UAC and firewall and still have same problem.

First of all,lets try to resume the whole issue with some basics.First sign of successfully installed FSPax is the page appeared before FSX
main window along with FSX spashscreen.When you close it FS will continue to the main screen.There is no FSPax indication in this screen neither to other one of FSX
menu-options.
FSPax appeared in the FSX menu bar in the top of your screen while you are in flight.This bar appeared if you hit ALT and disappear if you
hold pressed ALT.
Try this...
-Un-install FSPax
-Locate your FSX cfg file. It should be under C/Documents and Settings/(username)/Application Data/Microsoft\FSX.
Delete it or rename it.Start FS and let it create a new cfg file.Bear in mind that you will loose all of your setting(Display etc)and all the
possible modifications(tweaking or anything)you may have done to your old one.
-Close FS
-Install FSPax.
Important...You must run XP as an administrator.

Ok, I will try that.
To clarify.
1. I double click on FSX.
2. FSX Splash screen appears, whithin 30 seconds (normal so far).
3. Later on, FSPax "PRINT ME PLEASE" screen comes up. (normal so far)
4. After 1 hour FSPAX PMP screen is still up. (NOT NORMAL)
When you click on close in the PMP screen the computer freezes. It will not do anything, I will do the steps right now.

can you first install FSX SP2 or did you choose SP1 on purpose ? (see http://www.fspassengers.com/?action=faq&ver=fsx&question=16 )
Based on your log it seem it's not the same problem than sinama.

i have SP3 but when I start FSX appear a window which says "You must have at least SP1 or SP2 abort FSPASSENGER X". I have the full version. Please

Hello,
After long wait I decided to remove everything about FSX.
I then decided to install it back, I tried to install FSPaX, did not work, I needed SP1.
I then installed SP1.
I installed FSPAX and it installed.
I started to run FSX as admin and then I see the FSX splashscreen requesting to add FSPAX to trusted list. I accepted. Waited 1 minute, READ ME
PLEASE, came up. Waited 5 minutes, I clicked ok on the Read me please, and less than a minute later fsx came up.
Sinama; I do not know if this solves your problems.
