As you can see, you made more money then me in the 'Ticket Income' and Cargo Income.
But you used more fuel, and your insurance is way more.
I did get a fleet bonus, in terms of your higher Ticket income it evens out, so I'd say your insurance is your main problem. Smile

Also - my kids are 3 and 1, so I say, PUT'EM OUT SIDE!

I work in IT and use VNC. So I can remote into the computer and mess with the kids.
"Dad! the computer's broke. "
"Sorry kids. Dad needs to work on the computer again." Smile

Have your passengers pay in Euro's.. that will get you some dollars if you are doing an overnight flight and the exchange rate drops even
more.. Wink

Serious though.. I agree that your insurance might be the problem. Perhaps you can alter your ticket price a bit to a higher level to cover
the extra bucks needed to get break even?

Not a bad idea. I hadn't thought about that. Smile

3000nm is the cut off limit to gain maximum profit, after that you will start to 'lose' money due to fuel and serving food etc.

according to my own measurement once it's more like 1300nm (1328nm)

So make shorter flights (2-4 hours) out of your long ones to make money

For the longer flights, maybe you should raise the ticket price, and I like to do some North America to Europe flights...if changing the dollar system
to Euro, then I will...maybe we can get it to go up...
