Dan, you need to get an automated system up.

Automation that will guess the correct adress when people give a wrong one ?
how one can do that,I'll be glad if you have a better system.

Dan

You've just got to tell people when they purchase it (via written text) that they need to ENSURE that the email address they enter is a valid
one! Maybe also have them enter it twice? This is what a lot of online purchasing sites do!

If they enter it wrong in both areas, and don't get a code, then they could email you!

I would've thought you already had an automated code-sending system up! Would make sense, when dealing with this type of product.

Exactly

Re: awaiting code? - Drew - 29-12-2005

i believe he does have auto code sending. What he said was, how could it be FULLY automatic when people input there email addy
incorrectly.

also i dont think having to put email in twice would work, cause what i usually do in them situations is input it once, and then copy and
paste it to the other box lol lazy huh

Re: awaiting code? - WBHoenig - 29-12-2005

I used SimMarket 'cause my code is always on the net.

Four time would change nothing also lol and yes it's automatic.... usually it take a couple of seconds.
