you should have a "Prt Scr" on your keyboard, that's the one to press

You need to upload your screenshots somewhere like:
http://www.photobucket.com
Create a free account, upload your images there, then copy and paste the "IMG" link that it gives you (once uploaded ) in your message, that´s all...
