I agree with Jason here.

You should go to a computer shop. Most of them heard of flight simulator, so explain them what you want.

Go to several shops to compare prices, etc.

And then make your decision.

These people know best, it's their job.

And btw, buying in a shop is better then the internet (think about the service you'll have when you're having problems).

And you'r making an agreement with a person. Always feels more reliable then making an agreement with the 'purchase' button....

Anastasios.

Here's any idea, educate yourself by using reviews and articles from this new found invention called the internet.

While I do agree with what Jason said, I also think that the way he put it is a bit too sarcastic...

If you want to stick with ATI, I would wait untill they release their DX10 card. I believe it is planned for early January. If you can't wait untill
then, I would consider the new NVIDIA 8800GTS or GTX. Those are also DX10.

If you are looking for RAM I would consider upgrading to at least 2Gig. Or even more. FSX asks more RAM and CPU power then it needs
GPU. Anything less will probably mean that you get an increase in performance, but probably not as much as you would like to have.

I appologize for my tone... I'm just tired of teenage kids from the internet bugging a flight sim addon forum about what they need to run the
host program (flight sim). Do a search, it's been talked about a billion times. Look at reviews, ask someone locally who is a computer
wiz.

I am partially annoyed because I deal with this every day at work, so again I am sorry.
