Try Flightsim.com for all of your add-on needs.
There are many freeware water textures and colorations one can download to enhance your simming experience. Also try Avsim.com and
simviation.com
You might have enabled the special water textures, or something that you didn't have enabled before in the display settings menu. I
know that if I disable the high-quality water it will be a dark blue, but with high-quality on, it will be a very light blue (I've downloaded
additional textures as well). Hope this helps!
