  • Were in a better mood because they had food.
  • Were pleased by the music on ground. A very nice addition to their flying experience.
  • Didn't understand why they were required to keep their seatbelts on even after reaching cruise level.

  • For some reason a cabin door was opened during flight and experts agree this is one of the dumbest things one can do. The pilot forgot to deploy the landing gear and made a belly landing.
