The aircraft sustained considerable decompression damage.Passengers in critical condition needed landing as soon as possible. The pilot exceeded the max airspeed for gear extended and gear was damaged. The flaps were extended at excessive airspeed and were damaged. The pilot over rotated the aircraft upon take off and the tail hit the ground.
