Fortunately, it was at a low altitude so the decompression damage was minimal.Passengers in critical condition required landing as soon as possible but the pilot failed to land in time and the passengers died during flight.The pilot over rotated the aircraft upon take-off and the tail hit the ground. The pilot landed roughly causing one tire to explode.
