Detail: | - Were terrified by the excess G-forces. (+13.41 -3.64).
- Didn't like your acrobatic flight (repeated G-forces).
- Didn't like that you forgot the seat belt sign during take-off or landing.
- Were angry because some passengers were badly injured.
- Were angry because you made what seemed to be a dangerous take-off.

Incidents |

Mayday Transmitted: | none |
Crash: | yes |
Incident Report: | - For some reason a cabin door was opened during flight and experts agree this is one of the dumbest things one can do. Passengers in critical condition required landing as soon as possible. The pilot exceeded the max airspeed for gear extension and gear was damaged. The flaps were extended at excessive airspeed and were damaged. The pilot failed to check the fuel which caused the engine to shutdown.

- Pilot and flight crew killed

Pilot Assessment |
---|
Bonus: | 0 |
Positive Assessment: | - |
Penality: | 40789 |
Negative Assessment: | - The aircraft hit ground at 1705 kt with a vertical speed of -33726 ft/m. There was a serious failure aboard before the crash, but you are trained to deal with these situations. You did not perform very well here. (-500)
- You made a serious pilot error that resulted in a critical problem. (-800)
- You failed to descend to a safe altitude in time after a decompression accident. (-600)
- You failed to load sufficient fuel on board your flight and your engine ran out of fuel. (-600)
- You had a serious failure aboard and you forgot to call a mayday. (-350)
- Commercial aircraft are not designed for aerobatics, you created excess G-forces. (-600)
- Opening doors while in flight is a VERY bad idea. (-600)
- At departure airport you rolled at 260 kt beyond the edge of the runway. The landing gear sustained some damage and our company has received a fine of $2,860. (-1300)
- Forgetting to set the proper flaps during take-off is an extremely dangerous fault and does not show proper piloting skills. (-300)
- You have exceeded the gear speed limit by 1712.14kts (-17121)
- You have exceeded the flap speed limit by 1693.47kts (-16934)
- Parking brake should only be used when that aircraft has stopped, you used it at speed of 58 kt your aircraft was damaged. (-400)
- Forgetting to set the cabin seatbelt sign to ON during landing or takeoff is a fault. (-150)
