Incidents |
---|
Mayday Transmitted: | yes |
Crash: | no |
Incident Report: | - For some reason a cabin door was opened during flight and experts agree this is one of the dumbest things one can do. Fortunately, it was at a low altitude so the decompression damage was minimal. The pilot exceeded the max airspeed for gear extension and gear was damaged. The pilot over rotated the aircraft upon take-off and the tail hit the ground.
